Pitch
Most VCs run their dealflow inside their inbox and a half-maintained Notion page. The good ones have a personal operating system — a documented flow that tells them which deal to look at next, when to pass, and how to say no without burning the relationship.
What we'd build together
A vocabulary for the personal layer of dealflow (above your firm's CRM, below your brain).
Templates for inbound triage, "no" notes, follow-up cadences.
A small toolkit (probably Astro + content collections + a few agentic loops).
Looking for
4–6 committed members who'll bring their actual dealflow practice (sanitized).
One person willing to be the "lead curator" — collects the patterns, writes them up.
